Council Election:Okpe Magic Team drums Support For All PDP candidates In Okpe LGA.
Members of Okpe Magic Team a political pressure group, have called on eligible voters in Okpe Local Government Area to vote for the People’s Democratic Party, Chief, Chairmanship candidate of Okpe Council, Okakuro Isaiah Esiovwa and all the councillorship candidates of the party on Saturday.
Coordinator of the group, Hon Paul Ezomor a lawyer, said the group which was a former group within the All Progressives Congress, APC, is now working for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Director General of Okpe Magic Team, Hon Paul Izomor who is a legal practitioner, The Coordinator Mr. Victor Ovie, Secretary of the team, Mr. Elisco Golden, the Financial Secretary, Mayor Akpere and others members of the Okpe Magic Team said members of the group was formally working for the All Progressives Congress, APC, but decided to decamp to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, following the unprecedented achievements of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
Hon Izomor noted that the group has gone round all the units in Okpe Local Government Area to canvass support for the PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Okakuro Isaiah Esiovwa and all the councillorship candidates of the party.
He said said the group is rooting support for the PDP because all it’s candidates are experienced and qualified to bring development to Okpe Kingdom, if elected.
Hon Izomor said with the mass decamping of members of Okpe Magic Team, there is no more opposition in Okpe Local Government Area.
He called on eligible voters to come out enmasse on Saturday to vote for all the candidates of the PDP.
Hon Izomor commended Governor Oborevwori for his development initiative across the three senatorial districts and urged all to support him.
